How do I care for my product?

In our opinion, our products look the best when they are NOT cared for! All of our products are made with the intention of getting beaten, ridden down, and dirty. However, if you feel the need to clean them, don't use soap or put them in the washing machine. Soap and water tend to leech out the natural finishes we use to treat our products. Just use a damp sponge!    

How long do I have to wait for my Shanks?

By far, Shanks gloves are our most popular product. We are very proud of these gloves and it shows in the care that goes into every pair shipped. When you order a pair of Shanks, a long list of processes is put into motion. And since they are not mass produced, they take time to complete. Shanks generally ship 2 weeks after date ordered, but may take longer if demand is high.

Does MotoStuka offer wholesale pricing for retail shops? 

Absolutely! We are proud to be stocked in some of the coolest shops all over the world! If you would like to have our products in your shop, please email Denise Howe at sales@motostuka.com and she'll send you a package with wholesale pricing, minimum order quantities, shipping info, etc.

How do I change or cancel my order?

To change or cancel your order, send an email to sales@motostuka.com. We'll work with you to get your order modified or refunded.
